Made this background for New Year's without including the year so it can be used at any time. This background was made using a pretty FTU tube from AI Generations by Caz and a gorgeous FTU scrap kit from Adrienne's Designs called Time to Toast, which includes several awesome FTU tubes from Adrienne as well.
