Made this background for New Year's without including the year so it can be used at any time.  This background was made using a pretty FTU tube from AI Generations by Caz and a gorgeous FTU scrap kit from Adrienne's Designs called Time to Toast, which includes several awesome FTU tubes from Adrienne as well.  If you want to snag this, instructions are on the sidebar of this blog.
