This second tag was made with a gorgeous kit from Adrienne's Designs called Rainbow Happiness, which you can get HERE.  This gorgeous kit has 155 elements, 6 frames, 20 papers and 2 totally gorgeous AI tubes.  I just love the colors in this kit and all the the gorgeous things to work with.  This was another kit I had a lot of fun playing with!
