The second is a Mardi Gras Desktop Background.  This background was made using a gorgeous scrap kit from Adrienne's Designs called Queen of Mardi Gras, which you can get HERE.  If you'd like to snag the background, just right click on the image and click on open link in a new tab.  Go to that tab, right click on the image there, and save it to your computer.
